Ontime payment of the installments guarantees the reputation with the bank and enables the customers to utilize the banking services appropriately.
Delay in payment of the installments leads to penalty, low credit score and limits in obtaining the facilities.

In case of facing any problems in payment of the installments, customers are encouraged to reach out the bank for suitable solutions as per the policy and relevant circulars such as:

Discussion on how to repay with the new proposed conditions.
Asking for grace period.
Rescheduling.

In addition to negative scores, nonpayment of the installments can lead to legal action, blocking of the account and withdrawal from other accounts.
