- Breach of Minimum Balance Fee AED 25.00 per month
- Account Opening Fee Free

- Cheque Book First cheque book (10 leaves) free; thereafter AED 1 per leaf
- Cheque Return AED 100.00 per returned or bounced cheque
- Replacement ATM Card (Lost/Damaged) AED 25.00 Issuance & renewal of ATM card is free
- ATM Withdrawal Free (BSI ATM, UAE-Switch)
- Teller Transaction Free

Fraud attempts are becoming increasingly sophisticated. To protect yourself:
- Be alert when you receive communication that pressures you to act quickly or disclose private information.
- Verify the source of any call, SMS, or email before responding or taking any action.
- BSI-UAE will never request sensitive information such as your passwords, PINs, or verification codes.
- Do not click on unknown links or attachments.
- Always report suspicious activity without delay.

- Inform the Bank when you change your contact details
- Check all your SMS transaction alerts in a timely manner to detect any unauthorized transaction, error or discrepancy and if there are any report it to the Bank immediately.
- Ensure that you do not disclose your password and pass-code to any individual.
- BSI will never ask for additional or irrelevant information.
