            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>The deposit earns the fixed rate of interest for the full term. </span></li>
            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>Interest can be paid either at the end of the term or progressively. </span></li>
            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>This product is available for both UAE Nationals and Expatriates. </span></li>
            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>This product is available for joint ownership. </span></li>
            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>This account is available for minors but will be operated through a parent or guardian for ages below 18 years. </span></li>

          <p class="mb-2"><b>Terms & Conditions</b></p>
          <p>- Bank may from time to time, and at its sole discretion, change or amend any of the Terms and Conditions pertaining to this product. Such changes will be communicated to you with a 60-day prior notice.</p>
          <p>- The Deposit Certificate is non-transferable and non-negotiable and shall be surrendered if the deposit is withdrawn pre-mature.</p>
          <p>- The Bank reserves the right to change the maturity or prematurely terminate the Term Deposit, if required by laws, regulations or its internal policies.</p>
          <p>- Partial withdrawals on Fixed Deposits are not allowed.</p>
          <p>- If you choose to terminate the Fixed Deposit before the end of the agreed term, the agreed interest rate will not apply and interest will be recalculated.</p>

            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>If your KYC details such as Emirates ID and Passport (as applicable) are not updated with the Bank, might result in the charges, transactions being restricted, account being blocked, or account being closed. In such instances any inward / outward payments will not be executed. </span></li>
            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>The Bank may close the account if account conduct is found to be unsatisfactory as per the Bank’s Compliance Policy and the UAE Central Bank’s regulations.</span></li>
            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>The Bank may apply any credit balance which is held in the customer’s name in any account and / or at any branch of the Bank towards any indebtedness or amounts due. </span></li>
            <li><i class="bi bi-check2-circle me-2"></i> <span>A Fixed Term Deposit Account where there is no automatic renewal clause and where deposit is matured, but neither renewal nor claim request has been made in the past 3 years since the deposit matured (OR) where there is an auto-renewal clause, but there is no communication whether in writing or verbal from you within a period of 3 years from the date of the first maturity may be considered as Dormant Account as per regulatory guidelines. </span></li>
